Ingredientes

  • 1 1/3 c. dry apricots
  • 1 c. soft butter
  • 1/2 c. granulated sugar
  • 2 c. sifted flour
  • 2/3 c. sifted flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 4 Large eggs, beaten well
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 c. minced nuts
  • Confectioners' sugar

Direcciones

  1. Rinse apricots; cover with water; boil 10 min. Drain - cold - chop. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9 x 9 inch pan. Mix till crumbly, butter, sugar, 2 c. flour. Pack into pan. Bake about 25 min or possibly till lightly brown. Sift together 2/3 c. flour, baking pwdr and salt. Gradually beat brown sugar into Large eggs. Add in flour mix. Mix well. Fold in vanilla, nuts, apricots. Spread over baked layer. Bake 30 min. Cold in pan - cut into bars. Roll in confectioners' sugar.
