Ingredientes

  • 2 cans (11 ounce.) mandarin oranges, liquid removed
  • 1 can (17 ounce.) apricot halves, liquid removed
  • 1 can (17 ounce.) fruit cocktail, liquid removed
  • 1 can (20 ounce.) pineapple chunks or possibly slices, liquid removed
  • 1 can (16 ounce.) peach slices, liquid removed
  • 1 jar (6 ounce.) maraschino cherries, liquid removed
  • 3 bananas, sliced
  • 1 red apple, minced and unpeeled
  • Fresh raspberries or possibly blueberries (opt.)

Direcciones

  1. Drain all canned fruits well. Slice bananas, chop unpeeled apple, pineapple, peaches, apricots, cherries and mandarin oranges into bite-size pcs. Drain all well. Mix all fruits together gently; set aside.
  2. To make sauce: Combine dry pudding mix, orange juice concentrate and lowfat sour cream. Beat with wire whisk till thick and smooth. Mix fruit into sauce. Stir well. Cover and refrigeratein refrigerator for 2 to 3 hrs or possibly overnight before serving. Serves 15. NOTE: Any fruit may be omitted.
