Lynda's No Bake Chocolate Mousse

Ingredientes

  • 1/3 c. Butter
  • 1 1/4 c. Graham Wafer Crumbs
  • 1/4 c. Sugar
  • 1 pkt Envelope Gelatine
  • 2/3 c. Water
  • 1 x 8 ounce. pkg. cream cheese
  • 4 ounce semi sweet choc.(melted)
  • 1 can Eagle Brand Lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 c. Whipping Cream (whipped)

Direcciones

  1. In small saucepan, soften gelatin in water over low heat; dissolve completely and set aside. Beat cream cheese and chocolate till fluffy. Add in Eagle-Brand and vanilla. Beat til smooth. Stir in gelatin mix and mix in whipped cream. Pour into pan and refrigeratefor 3 hrs or possibly till set.
  2. Decorate with whopped cream and slivered almonds.
