Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. green onions
  • 1/2 c. celery
  • 1/4 c. green pepper
  • 4 med. tomatoes
  • 1/4 c. veg. oil
  • 3 T wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seed
  • Pepper to taste
  • Jalapenos & green chilies as desired to spiciness

Direcciones

  1. Chop veggies fine. Mix all ingredients together. Let stand in refrigerator 24 to 48 hrs. Can or possibly use fresh with chips.
