Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Shortening- butter flavor
  • 1/2 c. Butter
  • 2 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
  • 1 c. Packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 12 ounce Vanilla flavored baking chunks
  • 1 jar (3 1/2 ounce) macadamia nuts, minced

Direcciones

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat shortening and butter with an electric mixer on medium to high speed about 30 seconds or possibly till softened. Add in about half of flour to shortening mix. Add in brown sugar, sugar, Large eggs, vanilla and baking soda. Beat till thoroughly combined. Beat in remaining flour. Stir in vanilla chunks and nuts. Drop dough by rounded tsp. 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 8 to 10 min or possibly till edges are lightly browned. Remove cookies; cold on wire racks.
  2. Makes about 60.I made these for xmas and they are really good.
