Ingredientes

  • 3 c. macadamia nuts coarsely minced
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. light corn syrup
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda

Direcciones

  1. Place all ingredients in a copper pot or possibly a nonstick pot over medium heat. Bring to the hard crack stage (310 degrees) and remove from heat. With a wooden spoon, stir in baking soda.
  2. Pour the mix from the pot onto a lined sheet tray in an even layer let cold. Break into pcs, or possibly can spoon onto lined sheet tray to make individual pcs.
  3. This recipe yields 1 3/4 pounds.
  4. Yield: 1 3/4 pounds
