Ingredientes

  • 3/4 c. Unsalted butter room temp.
  • 1/4 c. Packed golden sugar
  • 2/3 c. Powdered sugar
  • 1 lrg Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 c. Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 c. Semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 c. Macadamia nuts minced
  • 1/3 c. Pecans minced

Direcciones

  1. Using electric mixer, beat butter, brown sugar and powdered sugar in large bowl till fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla.
  2. Sift flour, baking soda and salt into medium bowl. Add in to butter mix and beat till blended. Stir in chocolate chips, macadamia nuts and pecans.
  3. Place 2 sheets of plastic wrap on work surface. Spoon dough in 12-inch-long strip down center of each plastic sheet, dividing equally.
  4. Form each dough strip into 12-inch-long log. Wrap in plastic and chill 1 hour.
  5. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  6. Using sharp knife, cut cookie dough into 1/2-inch-thick slices. Arrange dough slices on large baking sheets.
  7. Bake till cookies are light golden, about 14 min. Transfer sheets to racks and cold 5 min. Transfer cookies to racks and cold.
