Ingredientes

  • 1 x graham-cracker crust
  • 4 pkt cream cheese (3 ounce. ea.)
  • 2 x Large eggs beaten
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. Macadamia nuts minced
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. Macadamia nuts minced
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese till fluffy. Add in Large eggs, sugar, vanilla and lemon juice and beat till light and fluffy. Stir in nuts till blended. Pour filling into crust and bake about 30 min, till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from oven and let cold 30 min at room temperature.
  2. In a bowl, make topping by combining lowfat sour cream, sugar, nuts and vanilla till well blended. Pour topping over pie and return to 325-degree oven for 10 min. Cold to room temperature then refrigeratein the refrigerator for several hrs before serving.
  3. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
