Ingredientes

  • 2 c. all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp grnd cinnamon
  • 1 tsp grnd cloves
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 c. (2 sticks) butter or possibly margarine, softened
  • 1/2 c. granulated sugar
  • 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1 c. canned pumpkin
  • 1 lrg egg
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 c. (12-oz) package) White Morsels
  • 2/3 c. coarsely minced macadamia nuts or possibly walnuts, toasted PREHEAT oven to 350 F. Grease baking sheets.

Direcciones

  1. COMBINE flour, cinnamon, cloves and baking soda in small bowl. Beat butt er, granulated sugar and brown sugar in large mixer bowl till creamy. Beat in pumpkin, egg and vanilla extract till blended; gradually beat in flour mix. Stir in morsels and nuts. Drop by rounded Tbsp. onto prepared baking sheets; flatten slightly with back of spoon or possibly greased bottom of glass dipped in granulated sugar.
  2. BAKE for 11 to 14 min or possibly till centers are set. Cold on baking sheets for 2 min; remove to wire racks to cold completely.
