Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Macadamian's minced
  • 2 c. Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 c. Butter, unsalted
  • 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 3/4 c. Brown sugar
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 x Egg
  • 2 c. White chocolate chips minced

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 . Spread macadamian nuts on baking sheet, bake till lightly brown and fragant stirring once or possibly twice, 5-7 min. Let Cold. greased or possibly parchment paper baking sheets.
  2. In medium bowl mix flour, baking soda and salt.
  3. In a large mixing bowl beat sutter, sugars vanilla, till light and fluffy about 2 minutes. Beat in egg. Stir in flour mix till well mixed. Add in nuts and chips.
  4. Drop by tsp. on baking sheet. Bake till edges are light brown and tops do not appear wet. About 10 min Let cold then transfer to wire rack to completely cold. Store in airtight container up to 1 week.
