Ingredientes

  • 2 c. uncooked macaroni
  • 1 lb smoked sausage
  • 1 can kidney beans (1 lb.)
  • 1 x red onion
  • 1 x green pepper
  • 3 x hard cooked Large eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. minced parsley
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 3 Tbsp. wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/8 tsp garlic pwdr
  • 1/8 tsp oregano Red onion rings

Direcciones

  1. Cook macaroni. In skillet fry 1/2 inch slices of the sausage till brown. Drain. Chop the onion, green pepper, Large eggs and parsley. Blend the oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, garlic pwdr and oregano. Toss macaroni mix with dressing. Refrigerateand garnish with onion rings.
