Ingredientes

  • 2 c. raw elbow noodles
  • 2 can cream of whatever soup - chicken, celery, broccoli, mushroom, etc. or possibly choice of any 2
  • 2 c. cooked, boned chicken (or possibly leftover roast beef or possibly pork)
  • 1 can corn, liquid removed
  • 1 1/2 c. frzn beans
  • 1/2 x to 3/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/2 x crushed Potato Chips or possibly 1/4 c. Parmesan Cheese (optional)

Direcciones

  1. Cook noodles. While noodles are cooking, stir corn and chicken into 2 cans of soup. Hot over medium low heat, stirring occasionally. Stir in sufficient lowfat milk for desired consistency - maybe less, maybe more. Drain noodles thoroughly. Stir into soup mix. Stir in frzn peas. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 20 - 25 min.
