- Dice the tomato, onion, and bell pepper.
- Start cooking the macaroni noodles, as per box instructions.
- Put some butter in a pan and once it's heated, add in the bell pepper and onion. Remove them from the pan once cooked.
- Start cooking the ground beef. Personally, I like to cook it until it's really brown. At that point, add in the bell pepper and onion from the previous step.
- Add in the tomato paste and tomato, along with two cans of water. Stir. Depending on how thick you want the sauce to be, you can add in more water or, if it's too runny, let it cook down a little.
- Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, then add the grated cheese (you can add as much as you prefer). Add in the half cup of sugar and mix everything together well.
- Once the cheese is melted and the noodles are finished cooking, drain the noodles and pour the sauce over them.
- When plating, add more cheese to top if you'd like.
