Receta Macaroni Masala
Ingredients:
- Macaroni - 1 cup
- Capsicum - 1 cup, chopped
- Onion - 1, finely chopped
- Carrot - 1, chopped
- Green Peas - 1 cup, shelled
- Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
- Tomato Sauce - 2 tsp
- Oil - 2 tsp
- Salt as per taste
Method:
1. Boil the macaroni with a pinch of salt and 1 tsp oil in water.
2. Drain and refresh under cold water.
3. Keep aside.
4. Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan over medium flame.
5. Saute the onions for a minute.
6. Add the capsicums, carrot and green peas.
7. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
8. Add the macaroni, salt, tomato sauce and garam masala powder.
9. Mix well and cook for one minute.
10. Remove and transfer to a serving plate.
11. Serve at once.
