Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. cooked macaroni
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 (19 ounce.) can tomatoes
  • 1/2 c. shredded carrot
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 Large eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 2 c. coarsely shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 c. onion, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place macaroni in a 1 1/2 qt casserole. Combine all ingredients and stir mix into macaroni. Bake uncovered 1 1/4 hrs. Serves 6.
