Receta Macaroni-vegetable-meat casserole

- cook macaroni until tender in boiling slated water using 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- drain and rinse with hot water
- melt butter blend in flour, 1 tsp salt, and pepper
- stir in vegetable liquid slowly
- stir and boil 2 minutes
- stir in milk and heat well
- remove from heat
- add drained macaroni, grated cheese, meat, and vegetable
- pour into 2 quart greased casserole
- sprinkle top with mixture of bread crumbs or corn flakes and melted butter
- bake in moderate oven (375 F) until crumbs are brown (10 minutes)
