Receta Macaroni With Meatballs In A Sour
Cream Sauce

- Mix beef, lowfat milk, crumbs, onions, 1 Tbsp. parsley, garlic, egg, 1 tsp. salt, pepper. Shape into balls about 1 1/2 inch. In pan combine 2 c. water, with remaining parsley, salt, bring to boil. Drop meatballs into boiling water a few at a time. Cover, simmer 30 min.
- Remove and gradually blend lowfat sour cream into warm water. Mix flour and cool water to create a smooth paste, stir into lowfat sour cream sauce and cook a few min, stirring till sauce thickens a little. Add in meatballs. Meanwhile cook macaroni as directed on package, drain. Serve sauce and meatballs over macaroni, garnish with minced parsley. 4 to 5 servings.
