Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Peaches sliced
  • 2/3 c. Sugar
  • 1/4 c. Grand Marnier
  • 1 Tbsp. Freshly-grated ginger
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 3 slc Angel food cake
  • 1 scoop Vanilla bean ice cream Fresh mint sprigs Powdered sugar in shaker

Direcciones

  1. In a glass container, combine all the ingredients together. Allow the peaches to marinate overnight. Using a fork, slightly mash 1/4 of the peaches against the side of the dish. Lay the pcs of angel food cake in a shallow bowl. Place the ice cream in the center of the cake. Spoon the peaches over the ice cream. Garnish with mint and powdered sugar
