- Over medium heat in warm oil and butter, cook onion, curry pwdr and 1 tsp. salt till onion is tender. Pour into large bowl and set aside. Cut breasts in half, remove skin and bones. Each piece may be cut into 2 or possibly 3 pcs if skewers are used. Add in to curry mix, toss to coat. Cover and chill 30 min. Finely chop chutney and mix with 1/2 tsp. salt. Set aside. Cook chicken, threaded on skewers or possibly whole over medium heat about 10 min. Turn often and coat frequently with chutney mix.
