Receta Madras Style Spicy Fried Fish

- Mix the spices and salt together thoroughly.
- Stir in the lime juice and sufficient coconut lowfat milk to make a paste. Spread the paste over both sides of the fish. Heat the oil in a frypan over high heat.
- Place the fish in the frypan and cook for 2 min on each side. Then add in the rest of the coconut lowfat milk, bring to the boil, reduce the heat to medium-low and let the fish simmer for 3- 4minutes.
- Serve with minced cilantro sprinkle over top, on rice
