Magic Meatloaf

Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 pound extra lean grnd beef
  • 1 c. taco sauce or possibly Mexican salsa
  • 3/4 c. Quaker oats (any except instant), uncooked
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Direcciones

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine all ingredients except the meat and mix well.
  3. Add in the meat and mix thoroughly.
  4. Press meat mix into an 8 x 4 inch loaf pan.
  5. Bake for 1 hour.
  6. Allow it to stand for 5 min before slicing.
  7. This meatloaf is magic because it's low in fat and tasty sufficient for grown-ups but also, kid's love it!
