Receta Magically healthy panko-baked sweet potato puffs
Ingredientes
- 2 large sweet potatoes, scrubbed + washed
- 2 Tbsp melted coconut oil or margarine (can probably omit)
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon (omit if you prefer)
- salt & pepper to taste
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp sugar (omit if you prefer) COATING STUFF
- 1 cup panko (Japanese) bread crumbs (might need a bit more)
- 1 Tbsp margarine or coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- pepper to taste
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon (omit if you prefer)
- 2 tsp cornstarch Instructions
- Bake or boil sweet potatoes as you prefer. (If boiling, I find it easier to peel them first.)
