- Thaw frzn shrimp. Cook onion and mushrooms in butter till tender. Blend in flour. Add in chicken bouillon gradually and cook till thick, stirring constantly. Add in lowfat sour cream, wine, and shrimp. Heat, stirring occasionally. Serve over hot fluffy rice, toast points, or possibly in pastry shells. Makes 6 servings.
