- Boil 2 c thick coconut lowfat milk till oil comes out and latik or possibly the residue is brown but not burnt. Set aside.
- Put gelatin in a bowl together with the water of the corn and the lowfat milk.
- Put the 6 c coconut lowfat milk in a frying pan over medium heat. Stir till it boils.
- Add in the gelatin mix and continue stirring till it is thick and yellow in color.
- Pour into a pan and add in corn kernels. Cold to set then sprinkle with latik.
- Slice in squares or possibly diamond shapes. Arrange in a platter or possibly saucers.
- Serve
