Make Ahead Sausage Souffle

Ingredientes

  • 1/2 lb Warm bulk pork sausage
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 3 slc White bread, crumbed
  • 1 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Dry mustard
  • 1 c. Shredded cheddar cheese

Direcciones

  1. Brown sausage in skillet, stirring to crumble. Drain off fat and set sausage aside. Beat Large eggs till lightly colored. Add in bread crumbs, lowfat milk, salt, dry mustard and sausage. Stir in cheese. Spoon into ungreased 1-qt souffle dish. Cover and chill overnight. The next day bake at 325F 1 hour and 15 min, or possibly till knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  2. Serve immediately.
