Ingredientes

4 large eggs
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 3/4 c. sugar

2 c. lowfat milk
1 1/2 c. coconut
1 teaspoon vanilla

Direcciones

Put together all ingredients and pour into a 10 inch pie plate (greased). Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min or possibly till golden.
