- 2 cups maize flour/corn meal
- Water
- Oil
- Salt
Instructions
1)Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
2)Add water slowly and knead.
3)Make medium sized balls of the dough.
4)Roll the dough smotthly or press uniformly in your hand.
5)Roast the makki di rotis on a tava with oil spray till well browned and cooked.
