You don’t ever need to let any Monday give you the blues ever again as long as you make this delicious Malted Black and White Shake.

Sometimes life doesn’t go according to plan. Last week was not the best one I had in a long time. It happened on Wednesday when I started feeling a numbing sensation going from my left lower back, hip area down my leg and right to my foot. Talk about freaking out. I was on a conference call while this was happening and I was beside myself in pain. So I drove home, took a Tylenol and went to bed. I figured it was a pinched nerve.

Hey, I kid you not it was rough going and to top it off the hubby was out-of-town, leaving me home alone (well with my puppy at least).

Like I said it was a long week, but when I started feeling well enough to do more than force myself to get up out of bed. I headed straight to the kitchen and whipped up this delicious shake and a treat to myself. So rich and thick and chocolaty that you can’t drink it slow, but please do or you will get a brain freeze.

You gotta admit, I deserved it, right?

Thanks for stopping by and have a great day.
