Ingredientes

  • One 11 1/2 ounce. pkg. (2 c.) Lowfat milk Chocolate morsels, divided
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 c. Carnation original malted lowfat milk pwdr
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable shortening Line two large cookie sheets with foil. In small saucepan over low heat, heat
  • 1 c. lowfat milk chocolate morsels with oil, stirring till smooth. Remove from heat.

Direcciones

  1. Stir in malted lowfat milk pwdr. Transfer to small bowl. Chill about 30 min till hard. Shape rounded measuring teaspoonfuls of dough mix into balls; place on prepared cookie sheets. Freeze 20 min.
  2. Heat remaining 1 c. lowfat milk chocolate morsels and shortening, stirring till smooth. Drop frzn lowfat milk balls, one at a time, into chocolate mix. Stir quickly and gently to coat; remove with fork, shaking off excess coating. Return to cookie sheets. Chill 10 to 15 min till hard. Gently loosen from foil with metal spatula. Chill in airtight containers.
