Ingredientes

  • 16 ounce Cream Cheese
  • 2/3 c. Sugar
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 2/3 tsp Vanilla
  • 3 Tbsp. Mango pulp
  • 1 x Graham cracker crust

Direcciones

  1. Mix cream cheese, vanilla, and sugar well. Add in Large eggs one by one and mix well. Add in mango pulp and mix well.
  2. Follow the instructions to prepare the ready-made Graham cracker crust, pour the mix in, and bake at 350 degrees F for about 30 min. Check after 25 min and make sure the cream cheese mix is baked but not browned.
  3. Spoon a layer of mango pulp on top. Cold and referigate.
