Ingredientes

  • 25 gm Whole lowfat milk natuarl lowfat yoghurt, (1 ounce)
  • 25 gm Creme fraiche, (1 ounce)
  • 40 gm Mango puree, (1 1/2 ounce)
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli pwdr
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd cumin

Direcciones

  1. Buy ripe fresh mango for the most savoury taste. Once peeled, you can chop it and push through a sieve or possibly puree in an electric blender. Sliced canned mangoes can be used if liquid removed thoroughly, but this will produce a slightly sweet and savouryt taste.
  2. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and refrigeratefor 1-2 hrs before serving.
