Can you believe that it’s September 1st already? Saying goodbye to Summer is always difficult for me, but I do love the Fall season too.

With the last of the great seasonal fruit I thought I would make all of you some Mango Fro Yo (Frozen Yogurt)

This can be done in 5 minutes time and taste great soft, but let it freeze about an hour and it will be even better.

Mango Fro Yo (No Machine Needed)

1 hour 5 mins

Put all the ingredient in your blender and blend until nice and creamy.

Pour into a container and freeze for about an hour.

It can be kept in the freezer, but the longer you keep it, the harder it gets.

Doesn’t it look so creamy and delicious? You bet it does. Nom Nom Nom. I was licking the spoon and wanting seconds and thirds of this creamy deliciousness. But I refrained and placed it back in the freezer so there will be more for me tomorrow.
