Ingredientes

  • 250 ml Fresh cream, whipped
  • 250 ml Alphonso mango puree
  • 100 gm Sugar
  • 50 ml Water
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 1 Tbsp. Cream, (15 ml)
  • 4 x Cherries

Direcciones

  1. BEAT fresh cream until light. Gradually mix in the mango puree and mix well. Chill for an hour.
  2. To prepare the caramel sauce: Caramelise the sugar in a heavy-bottomed pan.
  3. Remove from heat and add in water. Stir well and keep aside to cold. Add in fresh cream and stir well. Add in the colour of your choice (optional). Serve with caramel sauce with a drop of cream and a cherry.
