Receta Mango Kozhukattai
Ingredients:
- Raw Rice Flour - 200 gms
- Mangoes - 1 cup, peeled, chopped
- Jaggery - 1 cup, powdered
- Cardamom Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coconut - 1 cup, grated
Method:
1. Grind together the coconut, jaggery, mangoes and cardamom powder, without adding water.
2. Add some water to rice flour and make small cups.
3. Add a spoonful of the mango mixture and fold well into a kozhukattai of desired shapes.
4. Steam cook for 10 minutes.
5. Remove.
