Ingredientes

  • 2 c. rice, long grain
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp tumeric
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 x chillies, red
  • 2 tsp coconut, shredded
  • 6 x mangoes
  • 125 gm butter
  • 1 tsp curry pwdr
  • 2 tsp mustard seeds
  • 3 x spring onions

Direcciones

  1. Dice chilli. Peel and dice mango. Slice spring onions.
  2. Boil rice with salt and turmeric till cooked. Drain well.
  3. Combine cumin, chillies, coconut, mangoes, butter, curry, mustard seeds and rice. Mix lightly to combine.
  4. Garnish with whole red chillies.
