Ingredientes

  • I medium size unripe mango - remove skin and seed, slice as thin as possible.
  • 3 garlic - chopped
  • 5 shallots - sliced thinly
  • 2 red chilies - chopped
  • 2 stalks coriander leaves - chopped/shredded
  • 2 tbsp roasted white sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp powdered palm sugar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste

Direcciones

  1. Fry shallots in oil till cripsy and crunchy.
  2. Remove, add in a large mixing bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Toss all together.
  4. Done!!!!
