Ingredientes

  • 1 lrg ripe mango, peeled, pitted, and diced
  • 1/4 c. Red onion, chopped
  • 1/2 x Scotch bonnet pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 lrg lime, juice of
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh cilantro, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin, grnd
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp White pepper, grnd

Direcciones

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing bowl and blend thoroughly.
  2. Chill for one hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld together. Serve as a condiment with grilled swordfish, kingfish, or possibly mahi mahi, or possibly toss with sauteed jumbo shrimp.
  3. Yield: Makes about two c.. Spiceadvice: Blend in a few drops of your favorite Caribbean warm sauce to the salsa just before serving.
