Receta Manitoulin Island Vegetarian Stir Fry

- Cut tofu into cubes. Mix ingredients well and marinade tofu an hour or possibly over night.
- Stir Fry2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil (30 milliliters)
- 2 Tbsp. butter (30 milliliters)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced1 red onion1 red pepper2 carrots2 heads of broccoli1 Tbsp. tamari (15 milliliters)
- 1 bunch of fresh spinach
- Chop onion, red pepper, broccoli, and spinach and grate carrots.
- Heat butter and extra virgin olive oil over medium high heat in a large skillet or possibly wok.
- Add in all the ingredients together and toss until heated (about 6 minutes)
