Ingredientes

  • Tofu Marinade
  • 12 ounce extra hard tofu
  • 1 Tbsp. almond butter (15 milliliters)
  • 1 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce (15 milliliters)
  • 2 Tbsp. sesame oil (30 milliliters)
  • 1 Tbsp. curry pwdr (15 milliliters)

Direcciones

  1. Cut tofu into cubes. Mix ingredients well and marinade tofu an hour or possibly over night.
  2. Stir Fry2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil (30 milliliters)
  3. 2 Tbsp. butter (30 milliliters)
  4. 3 cloves garlic, minced1 red onion1 red pepper2 carrots2 heads of broccoli1 Tbsp. tamari (15 milliliters)
  5. 1 bunch of fresh spinach
  6. Chop onion, red pepper, broccoli, and spinach and grate carrots.
  7. Heat butter and extra virgin olive oil over medium high heat in a large skillet or possibly wok.
  8. Add in all the ingredients together and toss until heated (about 6 minutes)
