Ingredientes

  • 6 ounce Italian bread cut into 1-inch cubes (about 3 1/2 c.) Vegetable cooking spray
  • 2 1/2 c. 1% low-fat lowfat milk
  • 1/3 c. maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp grnd cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp grnd nutmeg
  • 2 x egg whites
  • 1 x egg
  • 1/3 c. raisins

Direcciones

  1. Arrange the bread cubes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  2. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 min. Place bread cubes in an 8-inch square baking dish coated with cooking spray. Combine lowfat milk and next 8 ingredients in a medium bowl, and stir with a wire whisk till well-blended. Stir in raisins.
  3. Pour lowfat milk mix over bread, tossing gently to coat. Let the mix stand40 min. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 min or possibly till pudding is set. Serve hot.
