Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Butter, unsalted, softened (250ml)
  • 1 tsp Lemon rind, grated (5ml)
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg (2ml)
  • 2/3 c. Pure maple syrup (150ml)

Direcciones

  1. In bowl, combine butter, lemon rind and nutmeg; beat till light and fluffy. Add in syrup, 1/3 c. (75ml) at a time, beating well after each addition. Spoon into small crocks or possibly jars. Cover with lids or possibly plastic wrap; chill. Can be refrigerated for up to 3 weeks.
