Ingredientes

  • 1 1/4 lb Baby carrots, prepeeled and washed
  • 1 Tbsp. Plus 2 teaspoon unsalted butter
  • 3 1/4 Tbsp. Maple syrup

Direcciones

  1. Prep: 5 minutes, Cook: 25 minutes.
  2. Place carrots in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover pan and steam about 8 min or possibly till tender-crisp. Drain. Heat butter in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Saute/fry carrots 10 min, gently stirring occasionally till they are glazed and golden brown. Pour maple syrup over carrot mix and heat to boiling. Boil 2 min, stirring frequently till carrots are lightly coated with glaze.
