Receta Maple Glazed Pork

Ingredientes
- 4 x Pork loin chops, bone in, 1 inch thick, patted dry
- 1/2 c. All purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp. Unsalted butter
- 1/4 c. Cider vinegar
- 1/4 c. Plus 2 Tbs. maple syrup
- 1/2 c. Brown sugar

- Prep: 5 minutes, Cook: 25 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 450 F. Season pork with salt and pepper to taste. Dredge pork in flour and shake off excess. Heat a heavy nonstick skillet over high heat. Add in butter and sear chops 4-5 min, turning frequently, or possibly till browned. Transfer pork to a shallow roasting pan and bake 10-15 min or possibly till pork is just cooked throughout. Throw away drippings from skillet and heat over medium high heat. Add in vinegar to skillet, stirring with a wooden spoon to deglaze. Stir in maple syrup and reduce heat to low. Cover skillet and simmer 10 min. Remove from heat and keep hot. Turn on broiler.
- Place pork chops on broiler pan. Top each pork chop with brown sugar. Broil 1 minute or possibly till pork chops are glazed and sugar has turned dark brown.
- Serve chops with sauce.
