Ingredientes

  • 2/3 c. Maple syrup
  • 1 1/3 c. Sweetened condensed lowfat milk
  • 2 c. Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 c. Minced nuts

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees; grease cookie sheets. Cook maple syrup and condensed lowfat milk in a heavy pan for about 3 min, till thickened. Be careful not to scorch. Cold slightly and add in graham cracker crumbs, vanilla extract and minced nuts. Drop from tsp. onto prepared pans and bake for 15 min. Remove from pan at once. Cookies will be hard if overbaked.
  2. Store in jar to soften. Be sure to use sweetened condensed lowfat milk, as the results won't be the same with evaporated lowfat milk.
