Ingredientes

  • 3/4 c. Firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. Water
  • 3 Tbsp. Maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 1/2 c. Minced pecans
  • 1/4 c. Whipping cream

Direcciones

  1. Interested.
  2. Cook first 3 ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly, 6-8 min or possibly till a candy thermometer registers 234 degrees
  3. (soft ball stage). Remove from heat; stir in butter. Cold.
  4. Stir in pecans and whipping cream. Store in refridgerator up to three weeks. Serve hot over ice cream.
  5. Yield: 1 c.
  6. Prep time: 5 minutes
  7. Cook time: 6-8 minutes
