A very nice and easy dessert I learned from frenchfood recipes online.

Ingredientes

  • 1 large butternut squash, cubed (7 to 8 cups)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons extra light olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Direcciones

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F.
  2. Toss the squash with the maple syrup and oil.
  3. Arrange the prepared squash in a single layer on a foil-lined baking sheet and roast it, stirring once, for 35 to 40 minutes, until it turns golden brown.
  4. Serve the maple roasted butternut squash hot or at room temperature
