- Crust: Beat flour, margarine, butter, sugar, salt, maple syrup and cocoa together.
- Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Cool completely.
- Filling: Beat cream cheese, maple syrup, marshmallows, chocolate chips & vanilla extract together until smooth.
- Spread over the crust.
- Topping: Mix cool whip, maple syrup and cocoa until blended. Spread over filling layer.
- Decorate.
