Ingredientes

  • 1/3 c. Parkay margarine
  • 1/3 c. Finely minced walnuts
  • 1 pkt (11-ounce) Jell-O no bake cheesecake mix
  • 1 1/2 c. Cool lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Maple flavor syrup
  • 1/4 tsp Grnd cinnamon
  • 3/4 c. Walnut topping

Direcciones

  1. Heat margarine in small skillet. Add in walnuts; cook till lightly toasted, about 3 min. Stir in cheesecake crust crumbs. Press crumb mix onto bottom of 8-inch square pan that has been lined with foil.
  2. MIX lowfat milk with cheesecake filling mix, syrup and cinnamon at low speed of electric mixer till well blended. Beat at medium speed 3 min. Spread over crust. Refrigeratetill hard, at least 1 hour.
  3. HEAT topping just before serving. Cut cheesecake into squares. Serve with warmed topping.
