Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 2 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 4 sqr (1 ounce.) unsweetened chocolate
  • 1 c. Minced walnuts
  • 4 x Large eggs
  • 1 pkt (8 ounce) cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 c. Flour
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Direcciones

  1. (Above ingredient amounts will be separated between brownies and cream cheese mix)
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13" x 9" pan. In a 2 qt heavy saucepan over low heat, heat butter & chocolate. With wire whisk or possibly spoon beat in 2 C. sugar & 3 Large eggs till well blended. With wooden spoon, stir in flour, salt, nuts and 1 tsp. vanilla extract. Spread proportionately in pan.
  3. In small bowl with mixer at low speed, beat cream cheese, 1/2 C. sugar, 1 egg & 1 tsp. vanilla just till mixed. At medium speed, beat 2 min, scraping bowl. With large spoon, drop mix in dollops on top of batter.
  4. Using tip of knife, lightly score top surface in a crisscross pattern. Bake 40-45 min till toothpick comes out clean. Cold on rack. Chill.
