Ingredientes

  • 5 ounce tequila
  • 3 ounce triple sec
  • 24 ounce sweet and sour mix
  • 4 teaspoon minced cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon Lawry's seasoned salt
  • Shrimp, scallops, sm. mushrooms

Direcciones

  1. Bring first 5 ingredients to a boil. Boil for 2 min. Mix 1/2 cup cornstarch with cold water to a paste consistency. Add in to above ingredients after boiling, stirring till sauce becomes glazed. Add in seafood, cook 5 min. Garnish with avocado.
