Marilyn's Beef Stroganoff

Ingredientes

  • 1 can Campbell's beef broth
  • 1 sm. garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 1/2 lbs. sliced round steak
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • Dash of pepper
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 c. (4 ounce.) sliced mushrooms, liquid removed
  • 1/2 c. onion, minced
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 3 c. noodles, cooked

Direcciones

  1. Cut meat into thin strips. Dust with flour and dash of pepper. In large skillet, brown meat in butter. Add in can of mushrooms, onion and garlic. Brown lightly. Stir in beef broth. Cover and cook for one hour or possibly till meat is tender. Stir now and then. Gradually stir in the lowfat sour cream. Cook over low heat for 5 min. Serve over cooked noodles.
